Brake ups

Brake up hurt and it hurts a lot when you lose someone you care for so much. I mean like if you dated someone for one year and then he bakes up with you or you and him brake up with agreement. I won't matter how you brake up it will just hurt like hell seeing all the pitchers you have together and thinking how this happened, how did this come to an end, how did my life just stop and end my heart like that. You may never know the answers but one thing is to not think about it and to try your best to not cry and to spend time with friends. I know how it feel to have a brake up and it dose hurt and I do want to cry so much but I know it wont help much because of depression but like I always do is suck it up and go on with life because it wont change what already happened and it helps a little but I will always feel the pain. Thank you for reading and I am sorry if this was sad I am trying to get over a brake up and it hurts but it was a agreement brake up so there is not much to fix about it.
